Return & Refund Policy

Customers who find themselves unsatisfied with their purchase are allowed to return and refund only when issues are reported to us one (1) day from the time the items are received physically. You can send us your request at info@softvire.com within that time so we can resolve any problems.

Please note that this refund policy does not apply to products that have been altered, damaged, or already used.  We also do not refund goods that have been dropped or broken after delivery. To that note, please make sure that the products remain in their original condition to qualify for a refund. Also, be reminded that this refund policy does not apply to digital, electronic, or ESD products which are considered USED once delivered to customers via email. This follows the fact that we have no way to verify whether the recipient already used/activated/redeemed the digital keys/licenses.

Once request is approved, please note that postage and insurance costs will be paid by the customer. We recommend using Registered Post when returning the product where postage fees will be pre-paid by the buyer. Softvire Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels during transit, hence we advise you to register the goods for insurance with your chosen postal carrier.

Delivery of Physical Goods

Once a purchase is received by our sales team, customers will receive an email confirmation (if you provided an email address when you ordered) from Stripe with their order details. Orders are normally processed within the same day (if order is placed during the weekday) or the next business day (for orders placed during the weekends or holidays). Our team will attempt to send your order within 2-3 working days; but in cases where goods are unavailable or delivery will be delayed you will be advised with your order’s new ETA.

Delivery of Digital Goods

Once a purchase is received by our sales team, customers will receive an email confirmation (if you provided an email address when you ordered) from Stripe with their order details. Orders are normally processed within the same day (if order is placed during the weekday) or the next business day (for orders placed during the weekends or holidays). Our team will attempt to send the digital software/license/access code via email within 1- 3 working days. In cases where goods are unavailable or delivery will be delayed you will be advised with your order’s new ETA.
